For business accounts, becoming a member will entitle you to any special pricing to which your organization may be entitled. This includes discounts and bids. As a business user, you will need to obtain a school code either by searching for your school or organization when signing up or by calling or emailing our customer service department if you do not see it in the search. ANSWER:
We accept all major credit cards including Discover and American Express. For our school and business accounts, you are welcome to submit your order as a purchase order. We will send you an invoice. You may also wish to pay via ACH. We are happy to set that up as well. Our payment terms are net 30 days. |
4. | Will you invoice me for my order? |
ANSWER:
We are happy to send an invoice to our school and business customers. We do not invoice individuals. |
5. | When should I expect my order to arrive? |
ANSWER:
Once your order is submitted to Cascade you can expect delivery in 3 to 14 business days. We are busiest during July, August, and September so longer turnaround times may be experienced during these months. |
6. | What is a school code? |
ANSWER:
A school code is your account number. School codes enable our customers to take advantage of any discounts or special pricing available to your organization. We offer school codes to any school or business account. You may find your school code via our search function when you become a member. If you do not find it, we will be happy to set it up for you. Once you select "become a member", you can obtain your school code if one exists in the system by searching for your school or organization. 8. | Are all the items you carry listed on your web site? |
ANSWER:
Yes, all the items we currently carry are listed on the web site. However, we are always open to adding new products. If there is something you are looking for that isn't listed, please email us at:service@cascadeschoolsupplies.com and we may be able to get it for you. |
9. | How are shipping charges calculated? |
ANSWER:
Any order in excess of $50.00 is shipped for free with the exception of direct ship items. Direct ship items will incur a 20% shipping charge. Orders under $50.00 will incur a shipping charge of $10.95. |
10. | What should I do if I forget my user ID and/or my password? |
ANSWER:
If you forget your user information simply click: "forgot your password?" after selecting "log in". You will be prompted for the email address you used when you signed up. 11. | Can I place orders against a bid on the web site? |

Yes, if you have created a user account that included your school code, you will be able to order against a bid. However, all bids are not assigned to your account as a matter of course. 12. | What should I do if I am not seeing my bid prices or my discount on the web site? |

14. | Do you do business with private schools, private businesses and individuals? |

Yes, we are happy to offer our products to private schools, businesses and individuals. Schools and businesses can request an account and can order by purchase order or credit card. Individuals will be prompted to pay by credit card only. |

ANSWER:
We currently ship via the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and various LTL trucking companies. The particular method used will depend on the weight and size of your order. |

We are unable to accept a Post Office Box as a shipping address. |
18. | Can I place an order and send it to another location other than mine? |
ANSWER:
Yes, if you are an individual and wish to send an order to another address, you may do so. You will be able to enter the address at checkout. If you are a school account you are able to direct your order to another school but it must be in the same school district. |
19. | What is the best way to search for an item? |
ANSWER:
There are several ways to search for an item. The best way is to enter the item number in the search box at the top of the home page. If you do not know the item number, you can search by using a keyword in the search box. You may also mouse over a category, select a sub category and look for the item there. |

21. | Do you offer an order approval process for school accounts? |

Yes, our school and school district approval process is the best there is. There are two levels of approval available. When both levels are enabled the designated person at the school level will get an email notification that an order has been placed by a staff member. Once the order is approved at the school level, the designated person at the district level will need to submit the order to Cascade. 22. | Is there a deadline to report an issue with my order? |
ANSWER:
Yes, for 'back-to school' orders, all claims must be submitted by October 1st. For all other shipments, all claims must be submitted within 30 days.
