Orders of in stock items over $50.00 will be shipped for FREE, excluding furniture, equipment & 50lb. clay. All orders of in stock items less than
$50.00 are subject to a shipping (Minimum $8.95) charge.
*Capital equipment & furniture is a tailgate delivery.
Credit accounts are provided for public schools, day care centers governmentally funded agencies and qualified commercial customers. Individuals are welcome to order by becoming a member, or using our downloadable order form and paying by mail with a check or money order.
All invoices are due net 30 days from invoice date. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Cards.
All sales paid for with personal check or credit card are subject to sales tax.

All product information and pricing on our website is accurate. While we will make every effort to maintain these prices, we cannot guarantee this. We are not responsible for typographical errors. If an item is described inaccurately, or if a price has changed, we will make every effort to notify you before processing your order.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
1) Count your Cartons
Count the packages you receive. If there is a discrepancy, please call us at 1-800-628-5078 within 2 business days.
2) Check for Damage:
Any visible damage must be noted on the freight bill upon signing for your freight. You must contact customer service within 2 business days to report any concealed damage. Retain all packaging and cartons. We are unable to honor concealed damage claims beyond 2 business days. Honored concealed damage claims will be at a maximum of 2/3 the price of the item. INSPECT ALL FREIGHT IMMEDIATELY!
3) Find your Packing List:
Your packing list will either be on the outside of your carton or in a separate envelope delivered to your receiving department with your order.
4) Check your Order in:
Open cartons and empty the contents on a clean flat surface. Check all items against the items listed on your packing list. Note any discrepancies & report them to our customer service department at 1-800-628-5078, email firstname.lastname@example.org or fax 1-866-298-6578 within 30 days.
Call our customer service department before making a return.
Carefully repack the items in the original packaging, if possible, to avoid damage during shipping.
Returns may be subject to a return freight and restocking fee.
Furniture and capital equipment orders being cancelled after shipment are subject to the manufacturer's shipping and restocking fees.
